Below is a complete list of services we offer and carry out "in house" with no sub-contracting. Click any of the services for a detailed description.

• SPRING/FALL CLEAN-UP
  • Manually remove all debris from all landscape beds and lawn areas. Service includes one cutting, edging and blowing of property as well as disposal of waste material.
• TURF MOWING
  • Cutting services to be performed on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified by site manager. Lawns to be cut at a height of approximately 3.5 inches followed by whipping and "blowing" of drive, patio and sidewalk areas. Edging to be done on a Bi-weekly basis unless otherwise specified by site manager.
• WEEDING
  • Bed weeding to be performed in all landscaped beds a minimum of 8 times per season. Weeds will be handpicked and hauled of site, this service includes disposal.
• TREE/SHRUB TRIMMING
  • Trim and shape all ornamental trees and/or shrubs up to 8 feet in height for proper look or uniformity. Includes trimming as well as hauling and disposal of all debris. To be serviced 2 times per year unless specified by site manager.
• MULCHING
  • Our mulching services includes the preparation of the mulching area. This includes the removal of any weeds as well as the application of a granular weed barrier.
• ANNUALS
  • Our annual installation service includes the preparation of the bed area. This includes the removal of any weeds as well as the application of a granular weed barrier.
• IRRIGATION
  • Start-up
    This service includes pressurizing the sprinkler system. We will check every zone for proper operation as well as clean around all heads and valve boxes if located. Your irrigation controller will then be programmed to the current weather type or site manager's specifications. All repairs will then be completed, after an estimate is provided to the site manager and approval is given. (Parts and labor additional).
  • Mid-Summer Service
    Approximately 3 months after the irrigation start up, our professional staff will return to your site to check the proper operation of your sprinkler system. Again we will check all zones and sprinkler heads for proper operation. All repairs will be completed after approval is given.
  • Winterizing
    This is the most important step when maintaining your irrigation system. Our trained staff will close all valves that supply the system and drain any water from all of the supply lines. We will then "Blow" compressed air at a rate of 125 cubic feet per minute throughout all of the zone lines, forcing out all of the water and preventing the underground pipes from freezing during the winter.
• FERTILIZATION
  • Spring Pre-Emergent
    A granular application of fertilizer with slow-release pre-emergent for crab grass control and broad leaf weed control.
  • Late Spring Weed & Feed
    A balanced liquid fertilizer with broad leaf weed and dandelion control.
  • Mid Summer Fertilization
    A granular application of fertilizer with weed control.
  • Late Summer Weed & Feed
    A balanced liquid fertilizer with broad leaf weed and dandelion control.
  • Fall Fertilizer
    A balanced granular fertilizer for winter feeding to help develop your lawns root zone.
• CORE AERATION
  • A mechanical process of removing plugs of thatch and soil from the lawn. Aeration will open the soil, help reduce compaction, improve water infiltration, thus improving the root zone. These plugs then breakdown and redistribute soil throughout the thatch layer. The soil from the plugs helps modify the thatch.
